The goal of The Cannons is simple. Fill the Harvard Colosseum with as many people as possible. Now Harvard stadium is huge and filling it with the maximum amount of people is nearly impossible but The Cannons staff really try their hardest to reach out to as many people as they can. The amount of phone calls that the staff make per day is unbelievable. They even have a whiteboard in the main part of the office with the amount of phone calls each ticket sales rep has made and how many season tickets they have sold. This not only motivates them to make more calls, but it shows their hard work. Customer satisfaction is also a main priority of theirs. Their instagram, facebook, and mostly twitter, are geared toward making their fans happy and keeping them interested. Social Media broadcasts out information and contest to their fans to keep them thinking about the cannons and how awesome they are, which in turn boosts their ticket sales. Which in fact was their main goal in the first place, to sell tickets and get people to the games.
